I've five minutes before the rolls come out of the oven, so I thought I'd write a quick note to y'all and say "Hello!"
And may I say, the Cooking Light cookbook--it is absolutely wonderful! I'm cooking up their Tomato-Basil soup right now and it smells so good, I can hardly stand it. We're having Garlicky Herb & Onion rolls to go with it and...yeah, there are times where you get to stand in your kitchen with your hands on your hips, surveying the scene and say, "This is going to be good." Tonight is such a night. I can hardly wait.
I've also got some Cranberry Orange pinwheel cookies chilling in the fridge, waiting for their turn in the oven for our FHE treat tonight...I have waited almost six years to make these, for want of a food processor and sufficient energy to actually bake them.
This is going to be good. Num.
